WELCOME TO THE SURGE

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Cor 5:17)

Experience the realities of a new life in Christ. The New creation is like a new baby; he has no past, because “…old things are passed away and all things have become new”. As far as God is concerned you never existed before; your past was nailed with Christ on the cross.

OUR CORE VALUES

The Lordship of Jesus and who we are in Christ “For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers” (Rom 8:29).

Spiritual Gifts “Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant”. (1 Cor 12:1).

Prayer “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God” (Phil 4:6). Never stop praying (1Thes 5:17).

Pray in the spirit “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints” (Eph 6:18).

The Word “Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do”. (Joshua 1:8).

THE LIVING WORD

OUR attitude towards the Word determines how esteemed we uphold God in our daily lives. The Word must always be viewed as the Father speaking to us intentionally and never treated as casually as ordinary books. It must become as real to us as Christ himself standing in the room and personally speaking to you his audience. This Word was inspired by the Father over several millennia and several authors, who documented as moved, to bring you into proximal relationship with Christ himself and for the entirety of scripture to testify of him and the singularity of his person, plan and purpose. When He says, "The Father Himself loveth you," it is a personal message to your heart.
